About Jackie

Jackie’s Life, Health & Wellness Mission

My mission is to motivate and inspire people to reach their personal potential both physically and mentally through my concentration in sports psychology combined with my expertise in fitness, dance, and life coaching. I intend to provide therapeutic workshops and one on one sessions to help individuals overcome any mental, emotional, or physical blocks that may impair them from attaining their sports, fitness, and wellness goals. I currently and will continue to provide fitness programming which enables individuals to work out to their full capabilities as well as challenge them to surpass their current goals and expectations. I create a safe and comfortable atmosphere for people to share their fears and hopes as well as work towards breaking down barriers. I plan to help individuals assess what is limiting them and will help them create a strategic plan to break thru those barriers. It is my goal and purpose to be the catalyst in people’s lives to guide them to their full potential while leaving behind any mental or physical stumbling blocks.  — Jackie Henderson

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

 

Right On Track –  A track practice style workout! If you are not a runner, it will develop and improve your skills.  If you are a runner, it will take your running performance to a whole new level!  Check website for location!!!

 

Sweat Shop– 45 minutes of cardio & weight training in timed intervals!

 

Street Fighter – high energy boxing workout that incorporates contact punching drills & heavy bag training.  Gloves and wraps are required!

 

Cardio Dance – a fun easy to follow dance workout –
every song has a routine and styles include reggae, pop,
hip hop, club and oldies.

 

Loaded Guns – a 30-minute focusing on strengthening and defining arms only!!!!

 

Rear View  – A 45 minute leg and butt shaping and strengthening class using weights, plyos and resistance exercises. Abs are included!!!

 

TRX an athletic suspension training that trains the core like no other workout!!! Reservations required!

 

 Blitz – A sweaty body sculpting workout using light weights and resistance training to define your whole body!

 

Get Dirty – For hardcore athletes – we will be meeting outdoors at different locations for an intense physical workout!  Perfect if you are training for races like the Warrior Dash or Spartan Race!  The location will be on the website each week!

 

Starter Assets – a full body workout for beginners or people returning to exercise who want a comfortable, no judgment place to exercise and get in shape.

 

Kids Fitness Mix– A mix of fun fitness exercises for kids 6-12 years old!

 

ABSolution – 30 minutes of pure core using TRX, Bosus & More!

 

Steel, Straps n Shred -  Combining weights, TRX and cardio drills in timed intervals! If your goal is to have defined muscles, a strong lean core, and to burn body fat, this is YOUR workout!!!

 

Starter Straps – a slower paced version of steel and straps!  A great workout for those starting back to exercise!!!  Some TRX experienced is suggested!

 

Muscle Beach – A 45minute workout to give you the beach body you want this summer!  15 min arms, 15 min legs & 15 min of abs!!!
