About Jackie

Jackie’s Life, Health & Wellness Mission

My mission is to motivate and inspire people to reach their personal potential both physically and mentally through my concentration in sports psychology combined with my expertise in fitness, dance, and life coaching. I intend to provide therapeutic workshops and one on one sessions to help individuals overcome any mental, emotional, or physical blocks that may impair them from attaining their sports, fitness, and wellness goals. I currently and will continue to provide fitness programming which enables individuals to work out to their full capabilities as well as challenge them to surpass their current goals and expectations. I create a safe and comfortable atmosphere for people to share their fears and hopes as well as work towards breaking down barriers. I plan to help individuals assess what is limiting them and will help them create a strategic plan to break thru those barriers. It is my goal and purpose to be the catalyst in people’s lives to guide them to their full potential while leaving behind any mental or physical stumbling blocks.  — Jackie Henderson

Tabata Mix– 45 minutes of cardio, weight training, & toning in timed intervals!

Beach Body Blast – Cardio and weight training intervals designed to lean and strengthen!  ALL LEVELS!

Boxing Fitness– One hour boxing workout that incorporates contact punching skills, drills & footwork. Gloves are required!

Cardio Dance – a fun easy to follow dance workout –
every song has a routine and styles include reggae, pop,
hip hop, club and oldies.  ALL LEVELS!

Loaded Guns – a 30-minute focusing on strengthening and defining arms only!!!!  ALL LEVELS!

Rear View  – A 45 minute leg and butt shaping and strengthening class using weights, plyos and resistance exercises. Abs are included!!!  ALL LEVELS!!

TRX a full body training that trains the core like no other workout using suspension straps!! Reservations required!

Pilates 30 – 30 minutes pilates core training.

Kids Fitness –  Fun  workouts with a mix of fun fitness exercises for kids 6-12 years old!

Kids Hip Hop – Fun dance class for 6-12 year olds!

Kids Boxing – Boxing drills for kids 6-12 years old.  Bring gloves!!

Cardio 30 – quick & sweaty! 30 minutes of a tabata style cardio!  ALL LEVELS!

Steel & Straps -  Combining kettle bells, weights, TRX and cardio drills in timed intervals!

Cardio Barre Burn – A 45minute workout alternating barre toning and cardio.  ALL LEVELS!

Barre Toning – Sculpting, toning, strengthening core & legs using the barre.  ALL LEVELS!

Abs 30 – 30 minute abdominal workouts for strength and definition!

INSANITY – The Shaun T workout you have seen on TV!!! It’s a sweaty full body workout!  ALL LEVELS!
